This is an excellent book, perhaps the best I've read so far on stats. It's perfect for anyone who wants to understand the meaning of various statistics and the math behind them. Plenty of examples and straight forward explanations with a dash of humor. Very engaging, well structured, and allows gradual building of a statistical knowledge. No jargon, just plain language. Highly recommended.
